Strap has small piece of unfixed material with thin padding on one side which causes the stap to slide around all over the place. Material on this padding piece disconnected at the seams after one use. Sent feedback with photo via online 'contact us' link and heard no response at all. A well priced alternative to other brands for the sacrifice of quality, comfort and ease of use.
