Any import duties or taxes are set by your country and paid on delivery - they're not included in our shipping cost.
Tracking your order
The moment your order leaves us, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it to your door. Can't find it? Check your junk folder, then give us a shout and we'll chase it up.

When will my order be dispatched?
Within 1–2 business days of ordering. During sales or holidays it can take a touch longer - we'll always keep you posted.
Can I collect from the Ocean Grove showroom?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready to grab from 9–11 Sinclair St, Ocean Grove.
Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
We sure do - just pop the address in at checkout.
My tracking hasn't updated - what do I do?
Give it 24–48 hours to tick over. If it's still stuck, email us and we'll sort it.
