Structure, when you want it
The hard shell sits in the crown of a bucket hat and gives it structure, so the hat holds its shape in the surf and the wind instead of collapsing on your head. It's removable — pop it out and you've got a soft, packable hat for the road.

Every hat has an adjustable chin cord, a UPF 50+ brim, and floats if it does come off. The bundle rate is just there because most people end up with more than one — one lives in the car, one lives in the boardbag, and the grom takes whichever is closest.

How does the bundle discount work?
Add two hats and you save 15%. Add three or more and you save 20%. The discount applies automatically to the hats in your order — you don't need a code.
Can I mix bucket hats, caps and kids sizes?
Yes. Any combination counts toward the same discount, so two adult bucket hats and a kids hat still save you 20%.
What does the hard shell insert do?
It gives the crown of a bucket hat structure so it holds its shape in the surf and wind. It's removable — pop it out for a soft, packable hat on the road. Surf caps are structured on their own and don't use an insert.
How much is a hard shell insert?
$25 on its own, or $20 when you add it to a hat in the same order.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure around your head just above your ears and eyebrows and match it to the hat size guide. Between two sizes? Size up — the chin cord takes up the slack.
What warranty comes with a bundle?
Every hat in a bundle carries the same 3-year warranty as a single hat.
