BOARDSOX — TERMS OF SERVICE, SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY

This website is operated by Boardsox Pty Ltd (“Boardsox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Boardsox products are designed for surfing and outdoor use. Exposure to sun, salt, sand, and regular use will cause natural wear over time. This is not considered a fault.

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Estimates

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days

Delays may occur due to carriers or customs.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

  • Duties and taxes may apply

  • These are the customer’s responsibility

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

Returns accepted within 14 days if:

Customer covers return shipping.

Used Products

Used items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty Items

  • Provide photos

We will repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for:

  • Shipping delays

Wear from:

  • Sun

  • Salt

  • Sand

  • Travel

is normal.

Covered

Manufacturing faults such as:

  • Stitching issues

  • Material defects

Not Covered

  • General wear and tear

  • UV fading

  • Misuse or damage

  • Airline damage
